A large number of enthusiasts arrived to Red Sea Mall to meet Umm Abdullah and to indulge in her products, including Arabic coffee and tea and traditional Arabic desserts such as millet cakes.

The Ebtinaa voluntary organization, founded by a team of students from Dar Al-Hekma University to support start-ups projects, launched a new campaign on social networks to support Umm Abdullah under the hashtag #Support_Umm_Abdullah. The hashtag was then picked up by social media celebrities and influencers and re-trended to reach a massive number of followers.

Umm Abdullah is a 50-year-old Saudi woman who is diagnosed with diabetes. She started her business by selling tea on firewood to passers-by and drivers crossing her small kiosk. Her efforts began to bear fruits and she started making profits from the small kiosk, which encouraged her to diversify her products to increase profits
